Wells Fargo is seeking an Executive Director level Structured Finance Originator for Wells Fargo Corporate & Investment Banking to sit within the Power, Utilities & Renewables sector within the broader Energy & Power group. Wells Fargo's growing Renewables & Asset Finance business is an integral part of the Power, Utilities & Renewables ("PUR") group, providing financing, capital markets and advisory services to corporate clients. Our coverage universe includes renewable developers, independent power producers, infrastructure / private equity funds and utilities globally. The PUR group is a market-leading franchise in the sector, including top ranked positions in the equity and debt capital markets league tables. In this role, you will: Develop or influence objectives, strategy, resources, and long-term goals for a portfolio of clients that utilize structured finance products and services Lead all aspects of client interaction: establish and maintain a regular dialogue, gain visibility on the clients' objectives and business pipeline to identify opportunities early, provide advice and ideas, and recommend tailored financing solutions to address specific clients' needs Identify ancillary solutions that meet the client's needs and coordinate interaction with other product partners within the bank (Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Rates, FX, Treasury Management, etc.) Deliver solutions to client
