You’ll be: Coordinating projects and continuous improvement initiatives within both RMW and Distribution operations. Collaborating with management to develop and implement Lean processes that drive efficiency and standardize work. Partnering with Distribution teams to collect observations, ideas, and solutions while providing ongoing Lean guidance, training, and sharing best practices. Supporting project teams with data gathering, analysis, and presentation of insights to enhance operational effectiveness and management reporting. Identifying opportunities for improvement through data analysis and seeking operational input to drive studies and projects. Adhering to environmental policies and supporting departmental environmental objectives. Creating and analyzing business metrics to optimize employee performance across the department. Working with Operations Manager and Senior Director on Lean activities, including analysis, administration, and implementation support. Investigating operational challenges, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions with management. Tracking and improving Quality standards to ensure compliance and exceed expectations. Reviewing Quality Incident Reports to define trends, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring ongoing process adherence. Resolving abnormal quality issues in coordination with internal teams and clients. Participating in meetings, supporting the GDP program, and documenting improvements for presentation to the customer. Supporting customer-driven Process Improvement savings goals and ensuring all required trainings and certifications are completed. This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Have Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations training and a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Distribution, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain environments. Bring hands-on Lean, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma expertise. Possess advanced analytical, detail-oriented, and organizational abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Are proficient in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, calculations, dashboards) and MS Office software. Can quickly learn custom reporting and systems such as SAP and DCS. Are able to manage multiple projects independently and travel as needed (up to 25%). Pay high attention to detail and are comfortable with light physical demands.
