Description Title: Project Manager Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 12 Months Work Engagement: W2 Work Schedule : Hybrid 3 days in office/2 days remote Benefits on offer for this contract position : Health Insurance, Life insurance, 401K and Voluntary Benefits Summary: In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Project Management. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Project Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Key Responsibilities: Manage full project lifecycle activities, including planning, requirements, execution, monitoring, and closure. Serve as a liaison between Capital Markets front‑office teams, line‑of‑business partners, and technology groups. Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and clear status reporting. Support regulatory-driven initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with required standards. Develop high‑quality project artifacts, documentation, reporting materials, and presentations. Leverage advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to analyze data, track progress, and deliver executive‑ready materials. Key Requirements: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. project management experience, ideally within financial services. Solid understanding of Capital Markets products (not required to be an expert but must demonstrate working knowledge). Proven ability to work with front‑office teams or act as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and manage expectations. Experience delivering projects within banking environments, with awareness of operational dynamics. Regulatory project experience is required. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to produce clear and insightful reporting.
