Role Overview: A Project Manager plays a critical role in driving delivery, coordination, and execution across analytical initiatives within the Actuarial Strategic Modeling (ASM) organization. In this role, the Project Manager is highly people-facing and acts as a trusted delivery partner to internal leadership and executive stakeholders. This individual is responsible for preparing clear, leadership-ready materials that summarize progress, risks, decisions, and impacts, and for facilitating effective communication between technical teams and end users across actuarial, underwriting, IT, governance, and product organizations. This role serves as a senior individual contributor within ASM, exercising strong ownership, initiative, and execution discipline. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently, manage complexity, and drive outcomes through influence, communication, and follow-through in a fast-paced, Agile environment. The Project Manager serves as a central point of coordination across technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between modeling priorities, implementation timelines, and enterprise delivery expectations.
