Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager / Business Analyst with experience in AI/ML or data-driven initiatives. This role blends project delivery with business analysis-ideal for someone who can translate business needs into AI solutions and ensure successful execution. Key Responsibilities Project Management Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects (ideation to deployment) Define scope, timelines, resources, and budgets Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations Drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) Track progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar Business Analysis Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories) Translate business problems into AI/ML use cases Define success metrics (KPIs, model accuracy, business impact) Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features and use cases Conduct gap analysis and recommend data-driven solutions AI / Data Collaboration Partner with data scientists and engineers on model development and deployment Understand datasets, features, and model outputs to ensure alignment with business goals Support model validation, UAT, and performance monitoring Drive adoption of AI solutions across business teams Required Skills & Qualifications 4-8 years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or hybrid role Hands-on experience working on AI/ML or data analytics projects Strong understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle (data → training → deployment → monitoring) Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
