You will manage projects typically ranging from $300,000 to $1.5 million, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. The position is ideal for a construction professional with specialized experience in medical or dental interiors who wants to grow their career with a stable, reputable contractor in the Northern Virginia market. Responsibilities Maintain detailed project logs and provide accurate daily updates on progress, issues, and next steps. Communicate regularly and proactively with the Project Manager and Operations Manager to align on project status and priorities. Manage subcontractors on site, ensuring they are working efficiently and in accordance with project plans and schedules. Update subcontractors on any project changes, clarifications, or scope adjustments in a timely manner. Maintain a neat, organized, and safe job site that reflects a professional work environment. Remain available whenever project needs require additional attention, including addressing urgent issues as they arise. Review and thoroughly understand all project plans, drawings, and design elements before work begins and throughout the project lifecycle. Enforce company site policies consistently and fairly across all project personnel and subcontractors.
