We serve hundreds of clients, including 70+ Fortune 500 companies, representing millions of end users. We work hard, we play hard and, most importantly, we care to our core about our teams and each other. We over-communicate around everything...especially while we navigate our new hybrid world. Summary The Project Manager (PM) is a cross-functional leader responsible for driving technology projects and programs from initial scoping through successful delivery. To deliver successfully, the PM must maintain a strong, consistent focus on client engagement and clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders. This role operates at both a tactical and strategic level: on any given day, the PM may be deep in sprint planning with an engineering team, presenting portfolio status to executive stakeholders, or analyzing a change order’s financial impact on program profitability. The ability to context-switch fluidly—and to bring clarity and momentum wherever it is needed—is central to how this role creates value. At the portfolio level, the PM governs a group of related initiatives as a coordinated program, actively managing interdependencies, resolving resource conflicts, and ensuring that individual project decisions align with broader organizational and client objectives. This is not a passive coordination role; the PM is expected to make recommendations, flag risks early, and drive decisions that keep programs on track and on budget. This role is expected to bring fluency in modern delivery methodologies and to apply AI-powered project management tools not as a novelty, but as a genuine productivity lever. The ideal candidate is curious about emerging technology, thoughtful about how and when to apply it, and able to interpret AI-generated insights in ways that improve decisions and reporting. They bring equal parts analytical rigor and interpersonal skill, and they thrive in environments where the work is complex, the pace is fast, and the standards are high. The PM is a force multiplier: setting standards for how projects are run, mentoring team members, and continuously improving team processes. Essential Functions Portfolio & Program Management Govern a portfolio of related projects as a coordinated program, managing interdependencies and optimizing shared resources Lead prioritization of new portfolio opportunities in alignment with organizational strategth Maintain and communicate overall portfolio status and individual project updates to stakeholders at all levels Resolve resource constraints, scope conflicts, and change requests within a shared governance structure Develop and maintain program charters that reflect client business objectives and organizational goals Project Delivery Lead the full project lifecycle—design, definition, build, and implementation—for technology solutions Facilitate requirements gathering and process documentation, applying interviews, workshops, or document analysis as appropriate Manage tasks, dependencies, timelines, budgets, and communications for concurrent short- and long-term projects Assign work to contributing Project Managers and Business Analysts; coordinate and review work products for quality and consistency Execute test plans and oversee quality assurance through to production implementation Support defect triage, prioritization, and solution recommendations as needed Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external clients on product capabilities, customization opportunities, and project status Brief internal and external stakeholders on active projects and roadmap initiatives Build and maintain relationships with key team members, external partners, and client representatives Conduct recurring product training and technical marketing sessions for sales, leadership, and key stakeholders Support client-facing demonstrations and sales team engagements as needed Financial & Strategic Oversight Direct profitability
