Project Manager – Digital Marketing Agency Full-Time | In-House Position | El Paso, TX | Bedrock Digital We are looking for a highly organized and driven Project Manager to join our growing digital marketing agency. This is a fully in-house position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working directly with teams, and can keep projects organized and moving efficiently. At Bedrock Digital, we help businesses grow through web design, SEO, paid advertising, branding, and digital marketing strategies. We need a strong communicator and leader who can help manage workflows, deadlines, and client expectations while supporting our internal teams. Responsibilities Manage multiple client projects simultaneously Coordinate with designers, developers, SEO specialists, ad managers, and content teams Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope Maintain organization across tasks, timelines, and deliverables Communicate with clients regarding updates and project progress Help improve internal systems and workflow processes Monitor accountability and productivity across teams Assist with onboarding and ongoing project management Qualifications Experience using ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, or similar project management software Experience working with teams in a collaborative environment Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and leadership mindset Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred Digital marketing or creative agency experience is a plus Preferred Experience Managing digital marketing or web design projects Understanding of SEO, websites, Meta Ads, and Google Ads workflows Experience handling deadlines and team coordination Client communication and project follow-up What We Offer Fully in-house team environment Opportunity for career growth Competitive pay based on experience Creative and energetic company culture Work on exciting projects across multiple industries Apply Today Send your resume and a short introduction explaining your experience and why you’d be a great fit for our team.
