Job Description
Position Summary: Project Manager, Brand Marketing The Project Manager, Brand Marketing is the engine that keeps our marketing campaigns moving. This role is responsible for planning, tracking, and facilitating the end-to-end production of marketing deliverables across monthly promotions, events, and product campaigns. The Project Manager owns their projects from kickoff to delivery — serving as the central point of communication, the keeper of timelines, and the first line of defense against errors, delays, and missed dependencies. Projects span a wide range of tactics including In-Store Signage, Landing Pages, Homepage Takeovers, Web Suites, Emails, Social Media, Blog Articles, Paid Media, and Digital Display. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review project briefs, assess scope and requirements, and build detailed project schedules aligned to campaign calendars, business needs, and established SLAs. Own project tracking end-to-end — ensuring all stakeholders have what they need, deadlines are met, and no detail falls through the cracks. Proactively identify and communicate dependencies, risks, and potential delays to the appropriate stakeholders before they become problems. Manage the proofing process — posting proofs, monitoring feedback, ensuring all required approvals are received, and routing jobs back to creative with clear, consolidated direction. Serve as the source of truth for all project information — maintaining accurate, up-to-date status in the workflow management system and keeping all parties informed. Lead and participate in weekly status meetings with creative and marketing teams to keep priorities aligned and surface any blockers early. Partner with leadership to flag complications and recommend solutions that keep projects on track. Process invoices associated with assigned projects, apply appropriate accounting codes, and track production expenses for department reporting. Support special projects such as branding updates and tactical experimentation as needed. To join our band, you'll need the following experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience. 2–4 years of experience in marketing project management, ideally within a creative or in-house marketing environment. Familiarity with project management and proofing tools such as Quickbase, JIRA, or Ziflow, or similar platforms. Working knowledge of marketing tactics across print, digital, email, social, and paid media — you don’t need to build them, but you need to understand how they work. A natural ability to stay calm under pressure, juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and keep teams moving without losing accuracy. Strong communicator who can hold stakeholders accountable with professionalism and keep creative teams focused without micromanaging. Detail-obsessed, deadline-driven, and proactive by nature.
