Ability to handle client concerns and/or complaints as they arise.Strong communication skills Keep clients informed on the status of their projects on a daily basis.High integrity - ability to follow through on commitments.Keep painting crews informed on the exact scope of work.Manage production schedule - determine when jobs get done and which crews will be working.Forward thinking - always be recruiting new painters for the company.Drive from jobsite to jobsite up to 100 miles per day on some days.Place orders for materials as needed.Intervene and offer solutions when production issues arise - be able to spot potential problems in production and prevent them from ever occurring.Ensure that crews are sticking to the scope of work including proper prep work, using the correct products and maintaining a clean jobsite.Schedule and perform pre and post job walk throughs with clients.Thorough training and onboarding process that shows you how we operate, our systems, process and producers for producing successful jobs.Bilingual is a plus but not required.Must be proficient with Google Drive and CRM Software.Schedule can be somewhat flexible; you will be scheduling jobs and can schedule yourself a day off if needed.Unlimited vacation days.Other:Industry and product knowledge preferred but not required.Understanding of all types of paint products and paint application processes preferred but not required.Be on job sites everyday or every other day.Pickup and deliver paint as needed.Order paint in advance for projects.Control and manage customer experiences.Customer trusts you and feels at ease when you are on the job.Do walk through with customers before and after.Coordinate with painters when we go back for touchups if needed.Get 5 star reviews Job site marketing (yard sign and door hangers) - bonus opportunity.If you know that you would thrive in a position like this we would love to hear from you!
