Project Manager - Commercial Construction (Southern Maryland) The Project Manager - Commercial Construction (Southern Maryland) will: Lead day-to-day project operations on commercial construction projects from kickoff through closeout Review and interpret construction documents and perform constructability reviews Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, daily logs, and project documentation Oversee scheduling, quality control, job cost tracking, billing projections, and commissioning Coordinate and manage subcontractors, consultants, owners, and architects Collaborate with the Owner and internal project team to ensure successful project delivery Maintain project reporting and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and schedule expectations MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Project Manager - Commercial Construction (Southern Maryland) will have: 5+ years of construction experience with at least 2 years as a Project Manager Background with a commercial General Contractor preferred Subcontractor experience considered, especially with MEP exposure Experience delivering projects such as K-12, municipal, churches, tenant fit-outs, or wastewater Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam (required) The Project Manager - Commercial Construction (Southern Maryland) will receive: Strong compensation range ($110K-$175K) with flexibility for the right candidate Car allowance from day one, with company vehicle opportunities over time 6% 401(k) match plus comprehensive health, dental, vision, and HSA contributions High employee tenure and referral-driven culture-people stay long-term Diverse and growing project pipeline including major education and community projects
