Carex is partnering with a Consumer Products industry partner to identify a Project Manager to lead and support a portfolio of data, analytics, and AI initiatives. This individual will drive end-to-end project execution across multiple concurrent workstreams, partnering closely with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and VP-level stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong ownership, delivery accountability, and executive-facing communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data and AI concepts into actionable plans that drive measurable business outcomes. Duration: 6 months+ Pay rate: $75/hr Location: Fully remote What You’ll Do Own delivery of multiple concurrent data, analytics, and AI initiatives from project initiation through execution and close Partner with business and technical stakeholders, including Managers through VP-level leaders, to define scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue tracking across multiple workstreams Lead project governance activities, including status reporting, steering discussions, and executive-level communications Translate complex AI, analytics, and data concepts into clear, actionable plans and decisions for non-technical audiences Drive cross-functional coordination and accountability to ensure alignment and successful on-time delivery Proactively identify delivery risks, resource constraints, and interdependencies, escalating and resolving issues as needed Support rollout, adoption, and change management activities tied to new data and AI capabilities Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to maintain momentum and delivery focus Ensure projects are executed with strong organizational discipline, transparency, and measurable outcomes What You’ll Bring Proven experience leading data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation projects in a Project Manager capacity Strong executive-facing communication skills with the ability to influence and present effectively to mid-level and senior stakeholders Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and workstreams within matrixed organizations Strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivery accountability and execution excellence Deep understanding of project delivery lifecycle processes, including planning, execution, governance, and risk management Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal direction Highly organized with strong prioritization, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across both business and technical disciplines Working knowledge of data platforms, analytics ecosystems, and/or AI and machine learning concepts preferred Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or iterative delivery methodologies preferred Experience supporting enterprise-scale or multi-team initiatives preferred Carex Consulting Group is an equal opportunity employer.
