Job Description This Project Manager will be responsible for: Oversee full lifecycle management of data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout Lead subcontractor buyout, scope alignment, and contract negotiations with specialized trades including mechanical, electrical, and critical infrastructure vendors Manage project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, and change order processes Coordinate closely with Superintendents and MEP trade partners to maintain strict schedule milestones and sequencing for mission-critical systems Serve as the primary liaison for owners, engineers, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement tracking, and overall project documentation Ensure adherence to rigorous quality, safety, and commissioning standards required for data center environments Mentor and guide Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while supporting overall team performance MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class pro
