The Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering large‑scale projects while upholding the company's values of ownership, teamwork, and proactive problem‑solving. Project Managers are trusted leaders who are supported by senior leadership while being empowered to run their work. Job Description Lead $10M+ design‑build and complex construction projects from start to finish Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and internal teams Oversee project budgeting, cost controls, scheduling, and risk management Lead and mentor project teams, fostering accountability and collaboration Proactively identify issues and resolve them before they impact cost or schedule Drive decision‑making while maintaining alignment with company goals and client expectations Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards As a Senior Project Manager, take full ownership of outcomes while leveraging leadership support The Senior Project Manager is expected to operate independently while collaborating closely with executives and peers MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in a construction related field (Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture). 2+ years of project management experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Having multi-family experience. Software experience in Bluebeam, Procore, Timberline. A non-jumpy candidate. Team player, outgoing personality who has the ability/experience to work closely and talk with candidates. Negotiating and relationship management skills. True leadership experience managing teams. Multi-tasking with a sense of urgency while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
