Our History The company was originally founded as the furniture dealership, Intelligent Commercial Environments (ICE3D), in 1992. Our success was built on strong client relationships through exceptional service. Julie, a long-time designer for the company and her husband, Doug Wolfe, acquired the company in 2020. Over their tenure with the industry, they recognized a gap in the market for a true end-to-end tenant office build-out experience, that would reduce miscommunications from multiple vendors and provide the client one main point of contact. They brought on an experienced Denver architects with over 25 years of expertise to lead and support their architecture team in 2020 and continue to diversify themselves in the architecture market. What We’re Looking For We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in construction and tenant improvements to oversee our office project builds. The ideal candidate will effectively coordinate between teams and clients to deliver high-quality and cost-effective office spaces. The Work You will manage multiple tenant improvement projects, ensuring they meet our standards of quality, time and budget. Your role will involve direct client interaction and coordination with architects, designers, contractors and furniture installers to deliver the best workplace solutions. Responsibilities Manage the project lifecycle from inception to completion. Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met within the approved budgets. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, updating them on the project process. Coordinate with architects, designers and contractors to ensure the specifications are met. Resolve any issues that arise during the project swiftly and effectively. The Skills Project Manager with 5 - 7 years of industry experience Proven experience in managing multiple TI projects at a time, preferably with a focus on commercial interiors. Strong understanding of construction processes, including reading and interpreting blueprints. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Proactive problem-solving and ability to work under pressure.
