Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in Denver, CO, with work-from-home flexibility. The Project Manager - Design will oversee design projects, including planning, coordinating, and managing budgets to ensure project completion on time and within scope. Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, managing communication between stakeholders, and ensuring design specifications align with customer requirements and industry standards. Qualifications Proven expertise in Design Management and ensuring design specifications meet project requirements Strong skills in Project Management and Project Planning to oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively Budgeting experience to monitor, allocate, and manage project expenses efficiently Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with clients and team members Ability to adapt to both in-office and remote work settings as part of a hybrid work environment Proficiency in relevant software (Revit - required, AQ, Bluebeam, Google Docs, Microsoft 365) and tools for design and project management Experience in the architecture, engineering, foodservice equipment, or construction industry is a plus
