SNSHN isn't a property management company that happens to use technology. It's the inverse: an investment-and-operations company that is actively rebuilding what property management looks like from the inside out. We build our own tools - including software. We design our own workflows. We're developing thoughts, assets, and systems that most property management companies wouldn't build in a thousand years - not because they couldn't... but because they just wont. This is not a company where you show up, follow a script, and go home. This is a company where the script is still being written, and we need people who want to hold the pen and GET WRITING. We need a project manager who'd rather build a wood storm window from scratch than pay an artisan $1,000 to do it. Not because we're cheap — because that's the kind of person who runs an exterior project well, sees a faster way before anyone else does, and might end up helping us build the software that lets the next person do the same. The Job Today You'll own exterior projects — roofs, siding, windows, decks, porches — end-to-end: scope, estimate, source materials, manage the crew, verify the work. You'll be on site enough to know whether the ridge cap was actually nailed off correctly. You'll push back when an estimate is bloated, find the supplier nobody else knew about, and protect margin without cutting corners. The Job Tomorrow We're early-stage. The PM seat is also the seat that sees, every single day, the gaps in how this work gets estimated, managed, and verified. If you're the kind of person who notices "this should be a tool" — and you have any curiosity about AI, automation, or building software — there is a real, non-hypothetical path to helping shape a product. We don't need you to ship code on day one. We need you to think like a builder, in both senses of the word. You probably Have hands-on trades experience: carpentry, roofing, siding, windows, exterior work, or similar Can ballpark a job cost from a photo and a few measurements Have already played with ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or some kind of estimation app — even just out of curiosity Get visibly annoyed by inefficiency and tend to fix it without being asked Hard requirements Hands-on experience with trades projects (exterior work strongly preferred) Track record of running projects to completion — properly, not just on time Genuine interest in trades-tech: estimation software, scheduling apps, AI tools Compensation Base salary + health, dental, vision SNSHN Standard Bonus: 10% of monthly comp, paid monthly — designed to be near-guaranteed when baseline expectations are met Performance Bonus: Paid quarterly on quarterly comp.
