You Are We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong healthcare domain expertise to lead and manage complex technology and business transformation initiatives. The Opportunity Hybrid: In office/remote Own end to end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for healthcare initiatives. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, dependencies, and resource plans. Ensure delivery of projects within approved schedule, budget, and quality standards. Manage multiple workstreams across development, testing, integration, and deployment phases. Leverage strong knowledge of healthcare payer/processes such as member enrollment, benefits, claims, billing, care management, and provider workflows. Manage relationships with business sponsors, clients, vendors, and internal leadership. Provide clear and regular status reporting, risk updates, and executive dashboards. Drive stakeholder alignment, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts effectively. Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues. Manage scope changes through established change control processes. Escalate risks and dependencies appropriately with recommended mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance, and organizational standards. Drive continuous improvements in delivery processes and project execution. Participate in internal audits, reviews, and client governance forums as required. What You Need 10-15 years of overall experience with significant experience managing healthcare projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid). Hands on experience managing end to end SDLC for enterprise applications. Healthcare Domain Knowledge Proven experience in healthcare payer or provider systems such as: Enrollment, Member & Benefits Understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements. Tools & Technology (Good to Have) Experience with project management and tracking tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar. Familiarity working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and large enterprise systems. Experience coordinating with testing, automation, and DevOps teams. Soft Skills & Leadership Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities. Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver under pressure. Highly organized, self driven, and results oriented. Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) - preferred. Experience managing offshore-onsite delivery models. Prior experience working with large healthcare clients or insurance organizations. Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below. Role Location: Virginia Compensation Range : $88,000-$132,000 Benefits Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
