Job Description

Join a collaborative team and drive high-value tech initiatives that align with business goals. Responsibilities Lead the entire project lifecycle from planning through to post-implementation review. Act as an intermediary between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Develop and manage detailed project plans using various tools to track progress and milestones. Communicate progress and risks clearly, fostering transparency and accountability among all parties. Secure resources by collaborating with resource managers for appropriate staffing. Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and compile meeting minutes. Ensure rigorous testing and implementation processes are followed for successful project delivery. Mentor and motivate project teams, enhancing a culture of positive action and accountability. Conduct thorough post-implementation reviews to capture lessons and recommend improvements. Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related fields. 4-6 years of hands-on project management experience with all aspects of process development and execution. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project. Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management. Ability to handle scope changes, project risks, and manage cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, staying calm under pressure. Capability to work on multiple concurrent projects. Preferred Skills Experience in the Finance or Brokerage industry. PMP Certification. Experience with Smartsheet. Familiarity with system development methodologies.
