Strong analytical skills to assess project needs and drive improvements. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Preferred Skills Experience with AI tools and their application in project management. Familiarity with Asana or similar project management software. Background in operational excellence or similar fields. Strong interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative team environment.
