Project Manager II

Position Summary: Responsible for all aspects of project management from beginning to end under general supervision. Supervisor provides limited direction. Position Responsibilities: Buildingrelationshipswithcustomers,manufacturers,andoutsidesalespeople Problem solve while accurately utilizing, maintaining, and tracking project data Communicate regularly with inside/outside sales team to understand and remain up to date on the requirements of each project Perform material take-offs Submittal creation Produce add order quotations Negotiate job buy-out Maintain knowledge of currently represented products Perform order entry, problem resolution, material management, and project closeout Other duties as assigned by manager Essential Skills: (2) or more years of lighting project management required Possesses customer service experience Ability and willingness to teach others Ability to select and use training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things A team-first attitude Must have excellent math skills Must be proficient on Word, Blue Beam and Outlook At least four years of Excel experience
