Length of Assignment: 1 year - possibility to extend based on performance/position need Pay range: $60.00 - 65/hr on w2 (all inclusive) Notes: Onsite work-could change to 3 days a week onsite after training Power BI - is a nice to have Experience with Governance structure and producing formal Governance presentations for executive leadership Microsoft Suite Experience Job Description: Lead day to day project management for high visibility reliability governance and/or reliability plan workstreams. The role requires exceptional presentation design, schedule and milestone control, stakeholder management across multiple levels, and disciplined document/invoice oversight. In the Governance track, you will maintain executive ready materials for a company wide reliability initiative; in the administrative track, you will drive contract compliance, provide project management expertise and capabilities to elevate scheduling certainty and portfolio prioritization. Required Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; ability to synthesize complex operational content into clear, audience appropriate presentations. Strong attention to detail, version control, and professional stakeholder management. Experience developing and maintaining project plans; familiarity with invoice processing and PO workflows (for Administrative focus). Preferred Skills Power BI (reporting/visualization familiarity or basics). Familiarity with utility/energy sector contracting and audit sensitive workflows; awareness of compliance practices (e.g., ESROC/NERC).
