Employer Industry: Healthcare Services Why Consider This Job Opportunity Salary up to $119,100 annually Comprehensive benefits package available 100% remote work with flexibility for onsite presence as needed Opportunity for career advancement within a leading healthcare institution Collaborative and innovative work environment focused on community health improvement Chance to contribute to meaningful outreach and educational initiatives in behavioral health What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) Plan and execute marketing, communications, and outreach activities for the King County Crisis Training Academy and other initiatives Develop, edit, and manage communications materials for trainings, conferences, and workforce initiatives Manage content across digital platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and accessibility Coordinate outreach efforts to enhance participation and engagement in behavioral health systems Analyze engagement metrics and prepare reports on communications and outreach outcomes for stakeholders What Is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public health, behavioral health, education, or a related field; or equivalent experience Minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing, communications, digital content, or outreach roles Experience managing email marketing platforms and executing campaigns Proficiency in content management systems, particularly WordPress Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with learning management systems and developing digital learning content Familiarity with video content production and management across platforms Knowledge of accessibility standards for digital content Experience developing surveys and evaluation tools using platforms like REDCap Ability to apply trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices in communications #HealthcareServices #MarketingJobs #RemoteWork #CareerOpportunities #CommunityHealth "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
