Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager specializing in Legal Technology to lead innovative initiatives within our legal and IT departments. Duties Lead end-to-end project management for legal technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards. Develop detailed project plans utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and risk management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define deliverables, and establish project milestones using Agile, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Waterfall, Kanban, and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies. Manage project schedules with software like Jira, VersionOne, TFS (Team Foundation Server), and Microsoft Project to track progress and ensure timely delivery. Oversee the integration of enterprise software solutions such as databases (SQL, Oracle), cloud computing platforms like AWS and other IT infrastructure components. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test cases, and coordinate release management activities to ensure high-quality project outcomes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels through presentations, reports, and negotiations to foster collaboration and transparency throughout project lifecycles. Requirements Proven experience managing complex projects within legal technology or enterprise software environments. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge), SDLC, Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, Kanban. Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, VersionOne, TFS, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite. Technical proficiency with AWS cloud computing services, SQL databases (SQL Server), Oracle databases, IT infrastructure components, disaster recovery strategies, and cloud-based applications. Familiarity with requirements gathering processes, analysis skills for technical specifications, user acceptance testing (UAT), and test-driven development practices. Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to coordinate multiple teams across program management efforts while demonstrating organizational skills and time management. Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and negotiation; ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language. Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and IT security best practices related. Hiring: Project Manager – Legal Technology (Infodash/SharePoint Implementation) Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid, 2–3 days onsite) We’re looking for a highly organized and technically strong Project Manager to lead the implementation of Infodash , our new SharePoint‑based legal intranet and information governance portal. This role works closely with IT, Records Management, and Legal Operations to ensure a smooth, secure, and compliant rollout. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the Infodash implementation Act as primary liaison between leadership, Infodash vendor, IT & Security Oversee SharePoint governance, site structure, and permissioning Manage timelines, resources, and integration dependencies (DMS, Billing, HRIS) Coordinate UAT with legal/admin teams Drive change management, training, and communication for firmwide adoption Mandatory Skills 10–13 years of Project Management experience Strong background in SharePoint Online or enterprise intranet rollouts Infodash or similar legal portal experience (Handshake, HubShare) Proven SharePoint governance expertise Preferred Skills Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) Experience in a law firm or regulated environment Understanding of Records Management & Information Governance Familiarity with MS Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps Basic knowledge of integrations with SQL, iManage, NetDocuments Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote i
