Job Title: Project Manager Location: Tacoma, WA, 98402 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in estimating and procurement within the window or fenestration industry . This role is open to professionals who have worked as a Project Manager/Estimator or Purchasing Agent/Project Manager for a window manufacturer or fenestration company. While this is a non-urgent hire, we are open to reviewing strong profiles as they become available. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for window manufacturing and installation projects Manage projects from bid award through production, delivery, and installation Oversee purchasing of materials, components, and vendor pricing related to window systems Collaborate with sales, engineering, production, and field teams Manage project budgets, schedules, change orders, and documentation Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and contractual requirements Required Experience & Qualifications Experience as a Project Manager/Estimator or Purchasing Agent/Project Manager Mandatory experience with a window manufacturer or fenestration company Strong estimating, procurement, and project coordination background Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications Familiarity with construction or manufacturing project lifecycles Proficiency with estimating and project management software Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
