Job Description
Confer w/ supervisory personnel, owners, or design professionals. Use Oracle P6 software to manage construction schedules. Draft Requests for Proposals, Information, Submittal Transmittals & Daily Logs. Prep quantity take off sheets using OST software. Ensure prjct compliance w/ building & safety codes & environmental laws. Implement quality control prgrms. Prep budget estimates & progress reports. Manage prjct Buyouts, Bid leveling of proposals, & Value Engineering. Masters - Construction Engineering & Management, 1 Yr. exp, & Knowledge of Oracle P6 & OST (On-Screen Takeoff) software reqd.
