Your key responsibilities include Leading and mentoring a team of Project Engineers and field management staff Managing subcontractors and client relationships effectively Full P&L ownership, including cost control and risk management Pre-construction planning, project set-up, scheduling, and safety oversight Driving projects to successful, on-time, and on-budget completion What We’re Looking For 2-5+ years’ experience managing/estimating heavy civil projects with a focus on wet utilities, excavation, grading, wastewater treatment plants, and paving Proven track record of managing/estimating self-perform forces and delivering projects exceeding $50M BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred) Familiarity with DOT projects (a plus) Proficiency in industry software: HCSS, Bluebeam, P6, Agtek, Bid2Win, Trimble, etc. Schedule Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts Location: Salt Lake City, UT or Utah county(On-site role)
