Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee plumbing, electrical, and HVAC projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for coordinating field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Job Requirements Manage plumbing, electrical, and HVAC projects from planning to closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts Coordinate with field supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work Track project costs, change orders, and billing Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and company policies Conduct project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders Identify risks and proactively resolve project issues Maintain accurate project documentation and reports Job Qualifications 1 to 3 years of project management experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or construction trades Strong understanding of MEP systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software Experience managing commercial or multi-family projects Salary $72,000 - $100,000 Why choose us?
