Project Manager (Electrical) – Data Center / Mission Critical Texas (Onsite) $110,000 – $175,000 + Bonus (10–20%) We’re partnering with established, ENR-ranked electrical subcontractors delivering major data center projects across Texas. If you’re currently delivering electrical construction projects but not getting exposure to data centers, this is a strong entry point into one of the fastest-growing sectors in the U.S. Projects typically range from $50M–$200M electrical packages, including ground-up and expansion builds for leading operators. The Role Manage multiple electrical construction projects end-to-end Lead teams to deliver safely, on time, and on budget Oversee planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Manage client relationships and project financials (forecasting, change orders) Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and engineering Drive project performance and profitability Requirements 5–10 years’ electrical construction project management experience Experience on data centers, mission critical, or large-scale commercial/industrial projects Strong understanding of electrical systems and site delivery Experience managing budgets, contracts, and change orders Strong leadership and client-facing skills Exposure to tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, CMIC (preferred) Why Apply?
