Specialized in Airport, Commercial, Healthcare, Parkings, Federal - Public Mid Rises, Schools, Fire Stations, Parks, among other complex projects over 100M. Located in Miami with focus in Dade - Broward Counties. Responsibilities Reports to VP in managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process. Manage expectations, commitments and day to day operations with the clients, subcontractors, architects and owners, building trust and value throughout the construction process. Process Improvement / RFI / Change Management/ Document Control Participate in reviewing and evaluating documentation related to the planning, site investigation, design, construction, and contract administration. Responsible for all pay applications and change orders, etc. Attend project-related meetings, capture minutes, and record issues. School - Ground Up +30M Healthcare - Renovations + 5M Airport - New Construction + Renovations +20M Qualifications B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience. 7-15 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Commercial, Schools, Airport, Healthcare, Mixed Use, Tenant Improvement, Renovation and Ground Up projects. Over 2M. To be successful you need to be familiar with South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market. Organized, team management, passionate and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role. Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software's are important. What you'll get in return In return, you will receive a package of up to $120,000 - 160,000 base plus benefits, bonus, allowances, and other perks.
