The Successful Applicant A Successful Project Manager Should Have 5-10+ years of commercial construction project management experience 3+ years delivering public, municipal, healthcare, or institutional projects Strong understanding of contracts, compliance, and project controls Detail-oriented with the ability to manage heavy documentation Degree in Construction Management or similar preferred What's on Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100.000 to USD 130.000.
