Job Summary The Project Manager - RCM is a key strategic role responsible for managing the execution of complex projects, primarily supporting the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team while also driving large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This individual will spearhead efforts to analyze, optimize, and standardize processes across the organization, bridging the gap between revenue cycle workflows and overarching organizational goals. They work within the constraints of budget, schedule, and scope while managing risk, ensuring adherence to established methodologies, and aligning with critical customer and business outcomes.
