We are looking for an experienced, highly organized Project Manager to join our team and lead client-facing and internal projects from initiation to completion.In this role, you will define project scope, create and manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, track deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.If you are a natural leader, a clear communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment, this role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful impact for our clients and our organization.Key Responsibilities Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones using project management tools.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.Manage client expectations, scope changes, and escalations professionally.Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, IT, and operations teams to ensure project alignment.Track project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets.Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.Requirements Previous experience in project management, program management, or related role is preferred.Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or related field is preferred.Proficiency with project management software (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Jira, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project).Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, executives, and team members.Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and drive accountability.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate risks and resolve issues proactively.Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Basic understanding of project budgeting, resource allocation, and cost tracking.Benefits Work from anywhere Competitive pay Flexible schedule Supportive and collaborative environment Opportunities for growth and advancement.
