This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys problem-solving, planning, and maintaining high standards throughout every phase of a project. Responsibilities Communicate with installers, suppliers, and homeowners Review materials, job specifications, and project details Ensure projects meet company quality standards Track progress and resolve project issues efficiently Maintain documentation and job organization Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the job and at job completion. Collect final payment at job completion The Right Candidate Will: Be highly organized and detail-oriented Enjoy solving operational problems Communicate professionally and clearly Hold high standards for workmanship and follow-through Work well independently while managing multiple priorities Have experience in roofing, construction, or project management If you enjoy creating order, improving processes, and delivering quality work, this could be a great fit for you.
