Employer Industry: Project Management Services Why Consider This Job Opportunity Competitive salary with opportunities for bonuses Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Engaging work environment with a focus on strategic project leadership Chance to work on large, complex projects that make a significant impact Flexibility to use remote collaboration tools for effective project management What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) Provide day-to-day leadership and strategic vision for large, complex, integrated projects/programs Create and manage project constraints of scope, time, cost, and risk across multiple projects Develop and foster effective communications among all stakeholders Conduct feasibility reviews of potential new services and contributing partners Manage project changes as required to ensure business objectives are met What Is Required (Qualifications) Minimum of five (5) years of Project Management experience At least one (1) year of experience using remote collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Skype, and SharePoint Four (4) years of direct experience as a senior/lead manager in multiple project areas Project Management certification, such as PMP, CAPM, or PMI-ACP Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in conflict management How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with all aspects of the Project Management Office (PMO) lifecycle, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Product Management Lifecycle (PML) Familiarity with different project methodologies, such as Waterfall and Agile Ability to effectively facilitate, lead, and communicate across the organization (IT and business), with teams and senior management Working knowledge of risk management and change management processes #ProjectManagement #Leadership #CareerGrowth #RemoteCollaboration #ComplexProjects We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
