Job Title:Project Manager - SolarLocation:MassachusettsTarget Start Date / Availability:February 2026Rate:$50 - $60/hour The Project Manager will support commercial and utility scale solar projects from planning through construction, commissioning, and closeout.Initial assignments are in Central Massachusetts.Key Responsibilities Manage daily execution of solar projects including scheduling, field coordination, installation oversight, and reportingLead planning, design reviews, and pre construction coordinationOversee civil, mechanical, and electrical subcontractorsMaintain schedules, budgets, RFIs, change orders, and commissioning documentsConduct site visits to monitor progress, verify quality, and support safety complianceLead project meetings with internal teams and subcontractorsReview submittals, equipment deliveries, and procurement timelinesSupport permitting, utility coordination, interconnection, and commissioning activitiesDrive testing, energization, punch list completion, and final turnoverIdentify risks and implement corrective actions QualificationsProject management experience in solar, renewable energy, or MEP constructionAbility to interpret engineering drawings and technical specificationsStrong subcontractor management and field coordination skillsUnderstanding of solar installation practices (racking, modules, wiring, inverters, trenching, interconnection)Strong communication and organizational skillsProficiency in scheduling and reporting toolsAbility to work remotely and travel to project sites about 25 percent Preferred ExperienceCommercial or utility scale solar EPC experienceFamiliarity with regional interconnection requirements (ISO NE, PJM, etc.)Background in energy efficiency or retrofit constructionExperience in commercial, industrial, or healthcare facilities FootBridge is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected.We make employment decisions based on qualifications and business needs, without discrimination on any basis, and we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply.Pay:$50.00 - $60.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
