Job post summary Date posted:June 18, 2025 Pay:$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Job Description:Job description about us:Superior Roof Systems LLC, located in Howard OH, is a roofing company grounded in Christian values.Our mission is to provide the highest quality roofing solutions by staying updated on the latest technologies.Our vision is to grow our team, promote lasting roofing solutions, and reflect Godly character.Our core values are Integrity, Reliability, Innovation, Quality, and Generosity.Role Description:The Project Manager is responsible for leading project teams to complete tasks and achieve project goals within established deadlines.Their key responsibilities include managing budgets, advocating for additional resources as needed, and assembling project teams through hiring freelance professionals or selecting staff from within the organization.The Project Manager ensures projects remain on track by setting schedules and adjusting them as necessary.Throughout the project lifecycle, the Project Manager maintains communication with staff and clients, monitors progress and makes critical decisions to keep tasks aligned with project goals and deadlines Key Responsibilities include:Leadership & Communication:Lead and inspire project teams to ensure optimal performance.Maintain consistent communication with the production team, crews, clients, and Account Managers.Planning & Budgeting:Develop long- and short-term plans, set milestones, and adhere to project deadlines.Properly plan and utilize the budgeted amounts to ensure each project comes within or under the established budget.Review the project's material list to determine the accuracy and consistency of the estimated materials prior to executing the material order.Project Management:Delegate tasks and crews effectively based on skills and project needs.Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, communicating with all relevant individuals to ensure clear cohesion and teamwork on job sites.Adjust project schedules and targets to accommodate changing needs or available financing.Communicating proper change order documents and pricing with the assistance of the Account Manager or project estimator.Quality Assurance:Perform ongoing quality control to maintain project standards and deliverables.Schedule and communicate with manufacturer inspectors to walk active or completed projects.Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:Make decisive, strategic choices when presented with multiple paths for project progression.Resolve issues that arise, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and goals.Essential Skills:Leadership and team management Strong interpersonal and communication skills Decisiveness and strategic thinking Problem-solving and conflict resolution Effective delegation and time management Supporting Account Managers and Estimators The Project Manager provides critical support to Account Managers and Estimators, specifically with:Crew Scheduling:Coordinate and maintain staffing schedules for each project Project Timelines:Ensure project schedules and timelines are effectively maintained as established from the clients or contracts.Material and Equipment Management:Schedule and oversee the delivery of materials from vendors to job sites Ordering project materials and arranging for their timely delivery.Handle equipment orders and ensure proper delivery Safety:Prioritize safety across all projects, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.Company Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Paid time off IRA Match Bonus Program In-depth Trainings and Certifications Schedule:Day shift Year round work Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience:Project Manager:5 years (Preferred) Roofing:3 years (Preferred) License/Certification:Driver's License (Required) Work Location:In person Job Type:Full-time Expected hours:40-50 hours Pay:$65,000-$80,000 yearly (depending on experience) Job Type:Full-time Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off Compensation Package:Quarterly bonus Schedule:8 hour shift Monday to Friday Experience:Project management:5 years (Preferred) Roofing Industry:3 years (Preferred) Work Location:In person Job Type:Full-time Pay:$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off Experience:Project management:5 years (Preferred) Roofing Industry:3 years (Preferred) Work Location:On the road.
