Our dedicated team has been instrumental in establishing us as a key player in the U.S. tradeshow industry. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Carrollton, TX. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all stages of project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring deadlines are met. The role involves managing logistics, monitoring the progress of deliverables, conducting inspections, and liaising with multiple stakeholders for successful project delivery. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Project Management, including resource allocation, timeline management, budget control and containment and task prioritization. Experience in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure smooth and timely delivery of project components Strong skills in multitasking and time management. Exceptional organizational, communication. problem-solving skills and prioritizarion. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in project management tools and software is highly desirable Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Experience in tradeshow or event management is required.
