Job#: 3030840 Job Description: Senior Project Scheduler (10–15 Years Experience) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Scheduler with 10–15 years of progressive experience to lead scheduling efforts for large, complex projects. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with organizational and industry best practices. The Senior Project Scheduler will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership, providing strategic insight into schedule performance, cost controls, and risk management. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the project scheduling function, leveraging extensive experience to develop, optimize, and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software. Develop comprehensive project cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts; monitor actual performance against plans and implement corrective actions as needed. Collect, analyze, and interpret project data to generate detailed performance reports and dashboards for project teams and executive stakeholders. Provide strategic, data-driven insights to support executive-level decision-making. Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities, driving the development and execution of effective mitigation and contingency plans. Prepare and deliver high-level project status reports and presentations, clearly communicating schedule, performance, and financial metrics to key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with established project management processes, procedures, and industry best practices across the project team. Foster a culture of effective communication, collaboration, and accountability among internal teams and external stakeholders. Mentor and guide junior scheduling and project control team members, promoting professional growth and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Over 10 years of progressive experience in project scheduling or related project controls roles, with demonstrated success managing complex projects. Advanced proficiency with project management and scheduling software, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. Proven leadership experience, with a strong track record of collaboration in team-oriented environments. Ability to inspire, guide, and mentor team members while driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
