We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused PROJECT SPECIALIST I to manage the end-to-end coordination of customer projects as assigned.This role requires a strong blend of technical knowledge, communication skills, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure customer satisfaction, timely project delivery, and seamless execution.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Coordinate with customers to understand application requirements during pre-build meetings.Provide input and recommendations during the specification and revision phases of customer proposals.Collaborate with internal design and production teams to create 2D/3D proposal documents using templates, based on customer requirements.Translate client concepts and specifications into AutoSketch/AutoCAD drawings and configure pricing using Quote Writer/CPQ to develop detailed drawing proposals, including documenting option changes and modifications to the original proposal.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to address custom specifications, design revisions, on-time delivery, and pricing adjustments.Organize and coordinate aspects of customer visits, including meetings, facilities, meals, and other logistical needs to ensure a positive experience.Maintain familiarity with product specifications, models, and layouts.Stay informed about industry trends, design innovations, and new product in our assembly process.Serve as a backup point of contact for customers, managing proposal communication, change orders, options changes, schedule status, final project sign-off, and resolution of client concerns.May support tasks such as logging new orders, creating new part numbers, tracking allocations, processing engineering change requests, updating sales dashboards, and sending dealer status updates.Education and/or Experience:High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred 3years work experience with proven track record of outstanding customer service with a minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing Proficiency in AutoSketch/AutoCAD and configuration/pricing tools (e.g., CPQ, Quote Writer).Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience working in a cross-functional environment, especially with design and production teams.Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality customer service.Understanding of Federal and OSHA regulations.Open minded about new technologies and cloud-based systems Physical Demands:Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.Work Environment/Conditions:General office environment with work on the plant floor as required.Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $25.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
