Corcoran New Development (CND) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Specialist to support our expanding portfolio of new residential developments, primarily condominiums in the New York City area. This role offers exposure to one of the most dynamic sectors in real estate—new development—and provides a unique opportunity to help shape how our team operates and grows. The Project Specialist plays a key role on the CND team, supporting the Managing Director, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager. The position interfaces regularly with top-producing sales teams, developer clients, and external agencies including branding, media, PR, and architecture. Candidates should bring professionalism, collaboration, initiative, enthusiasm, discretion, and poise under pressure. This position is in-office, located in New York City. Key Responsibilities Project Management Oversee reporting, database maintenance, and agenda planning for marketing and sales initiatives. Track deliverables, timelines, and marketing budgets to ensure smooth and timely execution. Coordinate sales operations materials, listings setup, project websites, and general asset management. Schedule and coordinate meetings across internal teams and external vendors. Maintain an efficient digital filing system. Meeting Preparation Assist in the creation of weekly meeting materials and coordinate incoming reports from external agencies. Marketing Create and manage marketing timelines and campaign plans aligned with project objectives. Assemble and coordinate marketing collateral and event materials. Draft and edit marketing copy for email campaigns, websites, and promotional materials. Support social media content development and liaise with Corcoran’s social media team. Create and deploy marketing emails aligned with sales objectives. Plan and execute sales events, including on-site attendance as needed. Manage Flowcodes and digital campaign assets. Coordinate with PR and media vendors to ensure marketing assets are current and aligned. Strategic Support new business development efforts, including research, materials, and internal initiatives. Prepare pitch decks and presentations using PowerPoint and light design tools. Maintain and update CND project content on Corcoran.com. Databases & Reporting Run market and sales reports using proprietary platforms. Manage CRM systems to track leads, site traffic, and sales activity. Compliance Monitor listings and websites for compliance. Conduct audits before and after sales launches to ensure accuracy and alignment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered. 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or client-facing role—real estate experience is a plus. NYS Real Estate License preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for light design tasks is a plus, with training available. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and efficiently. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and client groups.
