Promotional Custom Order Processor (Graphics a Plus!)

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Promotional Custom Order Processor with a background in warehouse operations and graphics.This role involves processing custom orders efficiently while ensuring accuracy in packaging and shipping.Experience with warehouse management systems, order fulfillment, and shipping & receiving is highly valued.The ideal candidate will be organized, capable of handling multiple tasks, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of graphics is a plus to support custom design requests and ensure high-quality order processing. Responsibilities Receive and process customer orders through warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and load/unload equipment Operate forklifts and reach trucks safely to move stock within the warehouse Stock shelves and organize inventory efficiently to facilitate quick order fulfillment Use MRPs to manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability for custom orders Assist with shipping & receiving activities, including labeling, documentation, and coordinating deliveries Maintain accurate records of order picking, packing, and shipping activities Support graphics-related tasks for custom orders when applicable, ensuring design specifications are met Utilize warehouse distribution techniques to optimize space and workflow Follow safety procedures during all warehouse operations and maintain a clean work environment Qualifications Previous warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 preferred Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners required Knowledge of shipping & receiving processes, order fulfillment, picking & packing procedures Basic math skills for inventory counting and order calculations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Experience with e-commerce order processing is a plus Familiarity with graphics or design software is advantageous but not required Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods This position offers an engaging opportunity for individuals interested in warehouse operations combined with custom order processing.We value team players who are committed to accuracy and efficiency in fulfilling customer orders.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours:35 per week Work Location:In person.
