We are seeking an experienced and licensed Insurance Agency Office Manager to lead the daily operations. This role is responsible for overseeing administrative functions, review current client accounts and offer solutions and recommendations, present new insurance proposals and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both people and processes efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day agency office operations and workflow Policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, and claims follow-up with the help of automation Maintain accurate client records and agency management systems Handle escalated customer service issues professionally and efficiently Coordinate carrier communications and maintain strong vendor relationships Process billing inquiries, payments, and policy documentation Help drive retention, cross-selling, and overall client satisfaction Qualifications Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required Insurance agency office management experience required Strong knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines insurance Experience with agency management systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, or similar Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office technology High level of professionalism, dependability, and attention to detail Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Paid time off and holidays Simple IRA Continuing education and licensing support Opportunities for growth
