Property & Casualty Licensed Agent

Location: Springfield, OH Schedule: Monday – Friday | In-Office Position Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and reliable Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Agent to join our growing multi-service office in Springfield, Ohio. Our office provides a combination of services including tax preparation, insurance services, walk-in customer support, and phone assistance. We are seeking someone who is willing to work in-office, help grow the insurance side of the business, and become a key part of our team. Responsibilities Assist clients with Property & Casualty insurance policies Handle walk-in customers and inbound calls Provide excellent customer service Support daily office operations as needed Help grow and maintain the agency’s insurance client base Requirements: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License Must live near Springfield, Ohio or be willing to commute daily Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Willingness to work in-office Monday through Friday Preferred Candidate: We are looking for someone who understands the importance of being present, dependable, and ready to grow with the company. This is a great opportunity for a newly licensed agent or someone whose license is currently underutilized and is looking for a stable agency environment.
