We are working with a prominent New England Residential & Commercial Real Estate Firm, who is seeking an Residential Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a premier residential community. This role will serve as the center-point of the community, ensuring that the property remains in top-tier condition while providing exceptional service to every resident. What You’ll Do Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, cleaning, and routine repairs. You will lead "turnkey" preparations to ensure vacant units are flawlessly ready for new move-ins. Conduct regular walkthroughs and formal move-in/move-out inspections to ensure safety compliance and aesthetic standards are met. Act as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, service requests, and renewals, maintaining a positive and professional community atmosphere. Assist in marketing vacant units, conducting tours for prospective residents, and guiding new tenants through a seamless onboarding process. Oversee rent collection, manage late fees, and process invoices. You will maintain meticulous digital records—from lease agreements to maintenance logs—using industry-standard management software. What You Need to Succeed At least 1+ year of experience in Property Management and foundational understanding of the residential lifecycle is required. Customer service skillset to provide the residents with exceptional service. Showing eagerness to learn, highly coachable, and ready to take on increasing responsibility within the firm. Comfortable using property management software to track work orders and update vacancy statuses. Ability to manage complex administrative tasks while ensuring no detail is missed during property inspections.
