Sales Ads Generation Contracting & Emergency Services Inc. is looking to add a new sales team member. As a new member of our nationally recognized company, you will be responsible for inspecting residential and commercial insurance claims and interpreting that information into Xactimate. With your excellent communication skills, you will be responsible for communicating all details to the customers and your exceptional team members. With your high-efficiency level you will be able to navigate multiple customers and jobs to meet your monthly and yearly sales goals all while providing excellent customer service. Job Duties: Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners. Consistently meet or exceed Sales Department Scorecard as determined by the executive team. Demonstrate knowledge and support of Generation’s mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies, procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethics. Liaison between all job contacts on the accuracy and integrity of invoices and/or estimates as define by GCES procedures and estimating practices. Assist Production Department as needed to clarify the scope of work and close out of job. Job Procedures: Site Inspection, Contract, Cash Out, Job Start/Pre-Construction Meetings, Billing and Changes/Supplements Qualifications: Able to stay calm and focused during chaotic or high-pressure situations A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a remote employee (i.e. different job sites) preferred; Must have valid Lead Certification and the following valid IICRC certifications: Fire & Smoke and Water and/or willing to obtain within one year of employment or as agreed on by GCES Must be certified at Xactimate Level 1, 2, and 3 or willing to obtain within one year of employment Must have the ability to be respirator fit and wear a respirator if needed Must have excellent customer service skills. Must have strong problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to work professionally with senior executives and clients, think and work independently, be proactive, handle confidential information and work effectively and efficiently; Exceptional knowledge of Excel and Word; Superior writing and editing ability; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Job Type : Full-time Salary: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 /year Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: All business-related environments are smoke-free. Must have valid driver's license, valid auto insurance coverage, reliable transportation, reliable phone, a reliable computer, and Internet access. Must be available to work non-traditional hours such as late nights and weekends. Able to remain in a sitting position for prolonged periods of time and stoop, bend, reach, climb stairs, and move freely throughout the building for the performance of duties. Able to read from a computer or laptop monitor for several hours at a time including fonts of various sizes from a variety of sources. Must be able to push, pull and lift objects (boxed documents, material deliveries, etc…), up to 30 pounds, in and out of the office for travel by car and by air. Able to travel locally 75% of the time and out of state up to 25% of the time as needed to meet with clients, coworkers, or attend meetings and seminars.
