Property Landscape Maintenance Forman

Duties and Responsibilities:Supervise and works with a maintenance crew of 2 to 6 team members.Maintaining a professional, polite and clean presentation of team and equipment.Operates all maintenance equipment.Completing required daily field reports, timesheets, and coordinating schedules.Identifying and resolving any problems that occur on job sites.Oversee maintenance of equipment and notify supervisor of required repairs.Following up with projects and tasks with supervisor.Enforce all safety protocol and procedures.Interaction with property owners and team members in a professional manner.Physical Requirements and work Environment:Work involves moderate to heavy work outside 5 days per week in all weather conditions.Physical requirements include frequent standing, walking, lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform other similar actions.Ability to do physical work in all climates for 8-10 hours per day.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience:Professional outdoor labor:1 year (Required) professional lawn maintenance:1 year (Required) Ability to Commute:La Grange, TX 78945 (Required) Work Location:In person.
