Position:Property Maintenance Part time to full time About Us:JAMS is located in Beavercreek Ohio.Most of our work is located in south Dayton and Yellow Springs.We firmly believe in doing it right the first time even if it takes longer.Most of jobs are higher end homes who have been with us for years.You can check out some of jobs we have done on JAMSOHIO.com or Facebook page.You wont be doing the same job day after day.Look forward hearing from you.Duties Painting interior/ Exterior/ Vacant homes Rental Turn Overs Basic Landscaping Exterior Property Repairs Pressure Washing Staining Decks / Fences Qualifications Must have valid drivers license Have Own vehicle Able to be insured for company vehicle No felonies Minimum 3 years exp.in Painting and Property Maintenance Pass basic skills test/ Back ground check / Drug and alcohol Test Have basic hand tools:cordless drill Hammer tape measure hand tools Able to work on your own without assistants / Or as a team member Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Good physical condition to do job.Benefits Completive Pay Flexible scheduling Paid every Friday after 1 week hold NO on call Off all holidays Weekends off unless want more hours if work available Work vehicle provided after 60 days 1099 to start after 90 days taxes with held Performance bonus Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Experience:Property Maintenance:3 years (Required) Ability to Commute:Dayton, OH 45440 (Required) Work Location:In person.
