Property Management Accountant

About the Role: As a Property Management Accountant,you will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial planning and analysisfunction, providing advanced financial analysis, budgeting, and forecastingsupport to senior management and other stakeholders. The Property Management Accountantposition will support our Global Technology client. This role will be remote for the postedlocations only. You will be required towork eastern time zone hours. This role will be acting as a liaison between theFinance Manager and Property Manager. What You'll Do: Provide supervision, performance reviews, and mentorship to team members Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures Work to build consensus Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts for various business units Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders and teams Identify and analyze complex financial issues and develop recommendations for resolution Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration What You'll Need:
