Job Description
Premier Property Management is a unique, boutique-styled management company whose goal is to enhance growth, stimulate learning, and empower our team members to push the boundaries of success which continues to make Premier a driving force in the property management industry. We are looking for a competent Leasing Consultant to oversee leasing and the organization’s marketing ventures for our Conventional Property in Grand Prairie, TX. This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the property's market presence and help it find a “voice” that will make a difference in multi-family living. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for marketing and leasing. The right candidate will be a skilled marketing strategist and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in our current residents and our future ones through our capable and excited leasing team. The ultimate goal is to ensure creative targeted campaigns and events are executed effectively. The Leasing Manager also assists with training and development of the leasing team, as well as, compiling and maintaining resident and prospect information. Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the property and its contribution to the multi-family housing market in the DFW area. Work within the leasing department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing and leasing professionals (if applicable). Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently. Plan and execute campaigns for leasing to new residents and renewing current residents. Monitor progress and submit performance reports. Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the property's publications. Conduct general market research to stay on top of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
